1. Information we collect

When you use PokéLeague, we collect:

• Account information — your email address and display name (handle), provided when you sign up.
• Gameplay data — your league memberships, draft picks, trade history, scores, achievements, and cosmetics.
• Communications — messages sent in league chat. These are visible to other league members.
• Payment information — if you purchase PokéCoins, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data — basic information about how you use the service, including pages visited and actions taken, to help us improve the product.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the PokéLeague service
• Calculate and display game scores and league standings
• Send you in-app notifications about trades, league activity, and Flash Events
• Process PokéCoin purchases
• Investigate and prevent abuse, cheating, or violations of our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Service providers

We use the following third-party services to operate PokéLeague:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage. Your account data is stored on Supabase infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing for PokéCoin purchases. Stripe's Privacy Policy governs how they handle your payment information.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery for the web application.
• TCGPlayer / eBay — market price data used to calculate scores. No user data is shared with these services.

4. Cookies and session data

We use cookies and session tokens to keep you logged in and to maintain your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from logging in.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., payment records).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data

7. Children's privacy

PokéLeague is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app announcement.
