1. What PokéLeague is

PokéLeague is a fantasy trading game in which users draft Pokémon characters, track simulated card-price performance, and compete against other users in private or public leagues. It is an entertainment product only. PokéLeague does not sell, purchase, or facilitate the purchase of any physical or digital trading cards, and no real financial assets are traded on this platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. PokéLeague does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual currency — PokéCoins

PokéLeague offers PokéCoins, a virtual in-game currency. PokéCoins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any real-world asset, and are not refundable except where required by applicable law. Purchases of PokéCoins are final. PokéCoins are a licence to use a limited, non-transferable feature of the service and may be modified or removed at any time.

5. No financial advice

Card price data displayed on PokéLeague is sourced from third-party market sources for entertainment and scoring purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or purchasing advice. Do not make real-world financial decisions based on information you see on PokéLeague.

6. Intellectual property — Pokémon

PokéLeague is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, or any of their subsidiaries. Pokémon, the Pokémon logo, and all related names, characters, and indicia are trademarks of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. All Pokémon intellectual property is owned by its respective rights holders. PokéLeague uses Pokémon characters and names solely to facilitate gameplay and does not claim ownership of any Pokémon intellectual property.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user's account
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
• Post or transmit any content that is abusive, harassing, or harmful to other users
• Attempt to manipulate game scores or rankings through exploits or collusion

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that card price data will be accurate or up to date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokéLeague and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to PokéLeague in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
